Service Status

Unexpected service disruption in the South Croxton, Twyford, Owston & Tilton areas. Service restoration currently anticipated at 10am.

29th November - Service Outage

Unfortunately due to multiple causes, there was a brief period of service loss on the 29th November from 8am through to 10:15am where engineers were able to provide partial service restoration to the north side of the network. Unfortunately further issues discovered prevented restoration in the South Croxton area. Complete service restoration was achieved by 10:40am 1st December.

Engineers are investigating a mains supply issue at the Whatborough Hill site, this is affecting service to customers on the north of the A47, as soon as the mains supply is restored your broadband service will automatically reconnect. We apologise for the disruption caused.

Active power cut in the Melbourne area, service will resume as soon as Nationa Grid have completed their works. Please do not reset your equipment.

Ongoing National Grid works are currently affecting one of our mast sites in the LE7 area, which may impact service across multiple postcodes. We have been informed that normal service is expected to resume by 3:00 PM today. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
