Our backhaul provider Virgin Media do impose certain restrictions preventing users from accessing untoward areas of the internet, these restrictions are applied at carrier level and we have no control over these.

Whilst all efforts will be made to ensure you receive a service as close to the advertised speeds as possible, there may be circumstances where the delivered speed is lower. Therefore, customers in this scenario will be allowed to downgrade to the value package.
Phone Packages
Both of our VoIP phone packages offer substantial savings over standard analogue lines. Our telephony services allow you to connect your existing BT type phone into our network via an adapter, alternatively you can purchase a VoIP device that connects directly into your network.

Installation – One off charge of £129.99
A standard installation typically involves mounting an antenna to the outside of your property (typically a chimney stack where your existing TV antenna may be located) and running a black network cable down the outside of your building to bring your connection in to a pre-agreed location within the property where your current broadband router is to be sited. Please note you will need up to 3 spare plug sockets depending on the services ordered (1 for your antenna, 1 for your router & 1 for phone adapter). We can provide you with one of our approved routers on install, for an extra fee. If you choose to use your existing router, we will supply the log in information and a guide on how to connect it to the HERBS network.
