We would just like to update everyone with the outage suffered on the morning of Saturday 28th September. Unfortunately National Grid carried out some scheduled works at the core of the network near Skeffington which we were not notified about prior to them starting. As a result we could only be reactionary to the outage. The outage was officially from 9:07am through to 2:34pm, our apologies for the disruption to service and we thank you for your patience during this unexpected incident.
We are in the process of transitioning between support companies, our new support partner Libertas Networks Ltd will be providing support for all broadband related issues going forwards. All HERBS Phone faults may incur a small delay while services are migrated over from the previous provider. We greatly appreciate your patience!
