Current loss of service in the Newbold area due to power/storm issues. Engineers are working to restore service. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We have a temporary outage affecting the North side of the network, current estimate is that service is due to be restored by 2:30pm

Following the new UK Government guidelines, we are working on skeleton staff in the office with the rest of the team working remotely from home.

All on-site engineering is restricted to critical only during this period.
