Section 2b : Phone Service
If you have a phone service with us, please confirm which package you are currently using.
All evening and weekend calls are included in this tariff, non-geographical and premium calls are charged at the standard or advertised rate.

Section 3 : Renewal Guidelines
Once your renewal form is accepted and passed to the support team following initial survey to ensure you're eligible.
The installations team will call you to book a suitable installation date and time (AM or PM appointment) and will organise a date to perform any necessary upgrades to your property
Please note, depending on your renewal a service charge may be required
Following reciept of your renewal order, a support agent will be in touch to discuss the specifics, should an installations engineer be required to attend site they will contact you to arrange a time and date to complete the required works.
Your service will start once the upgrade is complete, If we do not already have on from you, you will be emailed a digital direct debit form to complete and submit online. All service invoices will be emailed directly to you with the invoice date of the 14th of each month with collection by direct debit on or around the 24th. Any pro rata charges will be calculated and added to your first invoice.
Your personal information will only be shared with organisations where we are required to do so for operational or legal purposes and will never be given out for marketing purposes.
